HDPE Double-Wall Corrugated Pipe Composite Material refers to the process of recycling, reprocessing, and pelletizing HDPE materials. Through a special modification formula, it meets the performance requirements of double-wall corrugated pipes. During the pelletizing process, a certain proportion of other raw materials are added, such as fillers (mainly calcium carbonate), stabilizers, lubricants, antioxidants, stearic acid, PE wax, and over a dozen other ingredients, to achieve high strength, high toughness, and aging resistance.
The HDPE modified recycled material sold by Weifang Shenke is the result of collaboration with research institutions. When used in the production of HDPE double-wall corrugated pipes, this modified material offers not only low cost and excellent performance but also simplifies the production process. During manufacturing, only color masterbatches and defoamers need to be added, streamlining the production process and improving the product's pass rate.
